Idk if I like this. Trying very hard to but it’s falling a bit flat for me right now. Maybe I’m missing something.

Feels like I’m reading a Netflix show in a good way

I don't normally read fantasy because it's difficult for me to truly feel immersed but I'm enjoying how different this book is from what I'm used to.

I'm honestly glad I don't remember the plot of Odyssey (or anything about it really) because I genuinely don't want to know where this story will lead me. I'm having fun with a return to Greek mythology since the last time I really engaged with it (as a child)

I don’t necessarily need to relate to authors who write memoirs or even characters in books that I read. In fact, the reason why I read is to experience a life outside of my own. But there’s something really beautiful about seeing similar thoughts and traits in people that resemble your own, especially when it comes to grieving someone.

This might be one of my favorite memoirs I’ve ever read.
