i'm so flipping glad i could gets my hands on this at the local bookstore!! even though i'm not very far in the plotline is already built to a tense and intriguing state!!!

this has been more of a difficult read for me to get into since it’s not as straightforward and easy to follow as other books

a retelling of the stephen king classic, i like how there are like different forms of media throughout like the storytelling, for example there could be a news article about the prom massacre that the story builds up to or there could be a podcast transcript, the podcast "Maddy Did It" is followed throughout

i feel like even rory gilmore has given me the wrong view on school/learning, dont do it just for the grade, do it to gain more knowledge. that's what grades originally were, a test of knowledge but now i and my peers obsess over them, trying to get the highest possible. this is ur reminder to learn what u want bc you want to, read books, watch review videos bc you want to gain knowledge!
