Brandon Sandersons strong suit is just action scenes. Undeniably. They rip ass every time. He has the timing of them down, its really impressive

we've reached the point where i just wanna stay and finish the book. Unfortunately I have other obligations in my life :(

We're so close to the end,,,, And I keep remembering that this is only part one of a trilogy,,, of three trilogies,,,, so many questions left unanswered :(

A clean marriage - To quote my friend whose copy I am reading and who annotated it "okayyyyy? lmao?"

Hatchling - I LIKED THIS A LOTTTT i kinda wish this was longer. Ending really really unsettled me. This has the trappings of a horror story with the husband as the "monster". I love pulling ideas to their extremes to examine them RAHHHH

Puzzle - Reread the end of it and yeah. Its interesting. Clearly a lot of thought into bodies and people
Eating the City - Feels like a really good mirror to Puzzle, but I liked this one more. Great allusions made. Did trigger my literal thinking somewhat when considering the actual implications around food and country side vs city foraging. Really fun ending

Ah Peripetie :) From everything seemingly going well we now rapidly plunge into the darkest hour :) I love literary theory

The story is getting really good. The politics re getting a bit muddy

the philosophies in this book are strange

Big Star - Fine. Not as much to chew on imo, but sweet and interesting enough

Two's family - interesting... i am really fascinated by the two characters being named the same and being similar characters. feels very much like exploring the same people in different scenarios. I liked this one two! Very introspective~
