So good so far- very interesting to get a look at some of the history of the protein alternative world and the battles that are being had with new technology (cultured meat) that’s emerging.

I really liked this invitation to not be paralyzed by fear in decision making!

In chapter 4 and loving it. I do not like the idea of lab grown meat though, it kinda makes me nauseous. But I do like what it has the potential to do!

I really like this book so far. I like the idea of using it in the morning before I go to coaching or swim to set an intention for the day. Since it’s Lent, this is a great thing to add to my first thing morning routine so I don’t scroll on my phone.
