Poetry intimidates the hell outta me. I've never been spectacular at finding the deeper meanings. But I have always wanted to give Mary Oliver a go, and so far- it's been a wonderful experience. Straightforward-ish, at least.

Regency romp? Oh yes, and of the most delightful sort. If you enjoyed reading the Bridgerton series, you'll like this one. Ruby reminds me of Eloise a good bit. She's witty, well-read, and a lady of the arts. But, where Eloise thrives in society- Ruby excuses herself from it, choosing to embrace all her quirks, and set her sights on a sexy pirate.

Oh, and this one has some spice. 🌶 😉

Reminds me of Julia Quinn for sure.

Third times the charm. Maybe I'll make it to 40% this time 🙃

I'm lowkey pulling my hair out frustrated with the main character right now. But this book has been so dark and immersive and just....a damn vibe! so I guess that I am also not ready for it to be over.

I hate Dacia. Really. Truly.

These vibes are to die for.

An interesting start that has me reminiscing on when my obsession with anatomy began. 🤔 probably the OG leap pad that had muscles and bones. Iykyk.

Still not sure why my girl Heather F wanted to write a story about a cat shelter. But yippeeeeee (because the fmc and mmc finally kissed)!

😘
