Regency romp? Oh yes, and of the most delightful sort. If you enjoyed reading the Bridgerton series, you'll like this one. Ruby reminds me of Eloise a good bit. She's witty, well-read, and a lady of the arts. But, where Eloise thrives in society- Ruby excuses herself from it, choosing to embrace all her quirks, and set her sights on a sexy pirate.

Oh, and this one has some spice. 🌶 😉

I'm lowkey pulling my hair out frustrated with the main character right now. But this book has been so dark and immersive and just....a damn vibe! so I guess that I am also not ready for it to be over.

Honestly, these quick tales have made the best bed time stories. It reminds me of stories that my grandmother would tell when I was a little girl.
