I love this book

Easily written, also for not native English speakers easy to understand, gives Kyota Ko glimpses into Japanese horror stories, mostly originated in ancient Japan but also whereas possible compares them to contemporary versions of them.

This book is for sure nicely written. The story flows just like a river we don‘t know yet. It starts with all characters in Miyamoto and then naturally splits up just like a river would. Some chapters later, one side line joins again the main story but in an unpredictable way that still feels natural. Overall this book feels like walking along a river giving a glimpse into feudal Japan shortly after unification.
