Stole this from my grandma and I really like it so far

literally only still reading this because I'm behind on my reading challenge and I can't afford to lose my progress- I don't recommend this book

slow going but I think I'll finish it tomorrow!

This is so. Slow. Paced. I'll probably finish it but we do not need this much dialogue. For example:

"OH for heavens sake just tell me the answer!"
"You dont want to know"
"Yes I do!"
"Well, I suppose we could give him half of the answer"
"Yes just half." They agreed, because they agreed most of the time, but not always.
"The answer will upset you."
"That's isn't an answer!"

STOP DRAGGING. IM DYING HERE

THE TWILIGHT REFRENCES ARE KILLING ME

"We all have real jobs. He's a drug counselor."
"I had a... heroin problem for a while"

"I'm a... I'm..."
"SAY IT!! Out loud!!"
"I'm a vampire"

How do I keep accidentally reading books about vampires?? Like am I not doing my research? Do I not value my sleep?
