Catchy story so far, but the author did ZERO investigation on space health research.
Recovering from a med-induced coma would take hours-days to reverse torpor-related changes. Even with the most advanced electrical muscle stimulation available today, some muscle atrophy would be unavoidable after prolonged inactivity. Grace was in a coma for 4 years or 13 years for those remaining on Earth. I'm not buying it.
