This book is ok but extremely validating. Sometimes it just feels like the authors stream of consciousness. But I enjoy reading her perspective and experience - I see so much of my own in it. We stan!

This book is so fucking good and I'm learning a lot of new things about Scientology - and I've done a lotta learning about Scientology

had to skip the chapter about sex with narcissists because it doesn't even apply to me lol

y'all wouldn't believe how much I've been highlighting this book

Really enjoying this and finding it really interesting in looking bafck at my childhood/growing up. I ended up pausing for a bit to focus on ADULT ADHD more, but I plan on coming back to this.

Putting a pin in this for now because I hit a point where I need to do more processing/thinking before I'm ready to keep going with it. It is extremely excellent and helpful and insightful and healing and life changing, though. This has been really excellent.
