If you read less than 10 books a year then this shouldn’t be one of them, That said, it is an interesting read. The message is that as people are emotional rather than rational then the means to impact their behavior (buy your product or vote for your cause) cannot be identified using logic either. The book is long winded and often goes off track, but I do intent to read it to the end.
