The song "Be My Baby" with the Ronettes and produced by Phil Spector has always been one of my favourites. Phil Spector has produced legendary music (George Harrison's All Things Must Pass), but apparently has controversial personality.

Fascinating story.
I am fortunate to live in a small country where we have no superpower legacy to protect. We can focus on making our country a good place to live for most

A very interesting book indeed.
Migrating from a socialistic dictatorship to a liberal market democracy was a very difficult transition that failed. This book is about the people that could have paved the way for a Russia for the people but chose a different direction instead.

It is an interesting read. The message is that as people are emotional rather than rational then the means to impact their behavior (buy your product or vote for your cause) cannot be identified using logic either. The book is long winded and often goes off track, but I do intent to read it to the end.

If you read less than 10 books a year then this shouldn’t be one of them, That said, it is an interesting read.
