Guys I can't, I'm barely starting this and it's already so sad AHAJFJJDSJ. I'll put this on hold until when I don't feel like crying---

Starting slow but I liked her other two books so excited to see where this goes. Been watching a lot of true crime lately so :)

This book is just so offensively mediocre and subpar it actually hurts.

Opening this book always makes me scared and I really have to ask - did King ever see a psychologist? Or like, maybe 50? A 100?

Oh dear god that's one way to start a book. *spoilers* but uh, starts with kidnapping and captivity...! And drug overdose and suffocation??

Please just let it end. Please I want it to stop. The sunk cost fallacy has kicked in.

Putting this on hold because of the sheer density of the formatting and how ANNOYING the main character is. Not really fun to read xD I'll get back ot this eventually...
