This book is so bad I need another break

Love that the main characters have to do absolutely everything, even though they are king and queen? Like no servants, no army... She just goes to their enemy alone, unprotected xd RIDICULOUS!!

War coming? Should we make a plan? Should we consult other courts? Nah, let's just make some beans and make out <3

Honestly, I am low-key amazed at how sloppy this book feels - no depth, characters making dumb choices, and the plot is all romance-driven in the laziest way.

It's written so badly that even the smut isn't fun

Also... I love that she doesn't need any training and just instantly becomes this raging powerhouse, landing deadly blows like it's nothing. Meanwhile, the so-called powerful prince just stands there watching... U could make him do all the fighting! That would make way more sense!!

It's like the dialogue is desperate to be deep, but it just ends up sounding awkward

I just can't take the plot seriously...
