just finished Dracula’s guest - very spoooky

i’m going to need a new vocab notebook by the time i’ve finished the other short stories

i thought one of the lines sounded exactly like the opening line of twilight, but i thought that might be because i’m reading it at the same time and now i’m seeing twilight everywhere. But i swear to god we’ve just met someone who is reading a book with “a bleeding sliced grapefruit on its cover” - is that or is that not fucking midnight sun !!!
