So good! I love the description of the setting and strength of the women in the book. Really hoping that Matthew lives and that Cora and Leni escape Ernt. On the edge of my seat during this part.

I like it! There is a lot of build up for everything but also enough going on to keep engaged

First impressions it is a little bit confusing, like a book within a book.

I want her to leave the house and take her cousin with her!! So spooky

The writing style is very formal and the language is wordy. I like the book overall tho gives a really vivid and clear image.
