I have googled the date this book was released 3 times as I swear I’ve read it before. The plot is similar to ‘Beach Read’ (2 writers stuck in a beach town, a dead father, cult references) and probably 1 or 2 other books of Emily’s (strained relationship with a sister, loser ex boyfriend). I was excited for this summer read, but I’m looking forward to finishing it!
