"her once-again long hair covering her high, firm breasts so much smaller than the ones he'd first seen her with. he didn't care what size they were, they were beautiful in both forms" - such an unnecessary detail if you ask me and this kind of things keep going through the book. it's not even romantic and tbf i don't care about anyone's breasts.

loving dorian's pov the most ❤️ and rowan is likable when he is not with aelin and the same goes for her. i like them when they are not together 😭 everything becomes cheesy and spicy with them and obviously it's not a compliment.

aedion is so real, i'd have been spying on aelin too if i were him 😭 like enough of being mysterious aelin it's getting tiring

i definitely enjoy dorian's pov the most, i missed him sooo much, can't believe maas took him away from me for like two books, i'll never forgive her for that

that plot twist was kinda... confusing? i mean i was surprised and quite excited because FINALLY there was a surprise factor, but you spent three/four books developing a villain and suddenly the villain is fawcking perrintong 😭😭😭 like what the hell?

things got.... interesting.

i really REALLY dislike maas writing spicy scenes, like where is the romance??? like REAL romance. why do the men in these books act like animals?? and i'm not talking only about the fairies but the human men too. i want to kick my feet, twirl my hair and giggle when i read about two people falling in love in love, but NOOO we got the uncomfortable spicy scenes instead.

maas respectfully we don't care where the tomatoes for the tomato soup came from.

anyway, so far i'm liking this book, but i'm not loving it. i now know why elide is part of the story but i don't think her pov is necessary, i find it quite boring.

a little bit disappointed in aelin's "controlled" plot, hope it doesn't last long bcs what the hell????

when i saw aedion's pov i had to pause for a moment and taleya break because i hate that man. i don't care if he dies 😭

also aelin and chaol's reunion was so tense and i don't know how aelin didn't smash his head in to the wall tbh because he was soooo annoying the whole time blaming aelin for everything and calling her a monster.

they keep mentioning sorscha like we care about her, let her rest damn.

pretty sure celaena and sam are walking into a trap but let's see what happens
