I’m really struggling to get into this because for some cursed reason I can only picture the narrator and main character as Megan Cook, the head of the Colby English Department. I tried going on Pinterest and searching “insufferable middle aged white woman,” to find a replacement image for the main character, which improved my reading experience.

Girl, WHAT?!?!? Why is it that the most famous books about thru-hiking are written by the most INCOMPETENT thru-hikers. WHY IS YOUR PACK 80lbs?!?!?!?!?!? WHY DID YOU THROW YOUR HIKING BOOTS OFF THE SIDE OF A MOUNTAIN?!??!?? Is this book rage bait????
