"Constantly complaining creatives are creating the wrong thing. But those who create an atmosphere of joy, wonder, and awe set the stage in a way that leads to creations of abundance--while inviting others to join the dance of creation."

The perfect read for October! Heart pounding and spooky and mysterious. But also BRIMMING with that signature Benz humor. What a time this quick little story was!

Benz's humorous, immersive descriptions just on point every time. 👌 SO excited to be reading another one of her stories!

"If what we do just points back to us, we're shining our light in the wrong direction. Though it's from us, our art at some point becomes no longer about us. We elevate our art by remembering who infused us with our skills and who we are making it for. We drag it down by expecting it to elevate us."

What a finale! 😭🙌

Absolutely hilarious and delightful from the opening sentence to the last. I laughed so much, you guys. So much.

That moment you just know the party rolled Nat20s to manage THAT. 😆👏

Just laughed so hard I actually snorted. THIS BOOK. 😆

"But if you create with God, artificial intelligence can never duplicate that. AI can never give birth to works that contain an eternal spark because, for starters, it isn't eternal. Your art will be irreplaceable and unduplicatable because God will reveal ideas and insights beyond your (as well as AI's) wildest imagination."

The little jab at the "not like other girls" trope tho. 😆

"Success is simply entering into what we do with God--and trusting the results to Him."

Mira's dedication to boop all the snoots is truly inspirational.

"Don't lick toads, no matter how tasty they look."

"You've gotta have pitons. Standard for adventures. You simply *have* to have them."

SO excited to be back in Vindor and this is already completely hilarious.

"For those who love God, lack never gets the last word. God never runs out of time or resources. His kingdom is one of abundance, not scarcity."

This sounds very, very dangerous, Ariana. 😬

"If it's just you and the work, the pressure is on you to make it happen. It becomes the key to everything--including your validation. But it's not just you and your work. It's you and God. That is the real key to everything."

Episode 6 over here just making me cry. 😭
