I don't know how obvious or surprising I want a twist to be, but I don't know if I'm happy.

This has been really hard for me to keep momentum up for. There are some scenes/moments that go by nicely, there are some that are so slow I feel I'll need to DNF this book.

I am waffling on how interesting this is to me.

This is pretty underwhelming and I'm not thrilled that I've spent time on it.

I am really surprised by how much I'm enjoying this. They got me with the drugged up Shakespeare hallucinations.

As I started this, I was a little turned off, but now I can't seem to put it down. Here's hoping it keeps my attention for the duration. (Listening to as audio and I will say dual narration is always a plus.)

Quite a strange book. I've marked about a thousand highlights but I think only a few will stick with me, if any.

I think I'm drawn to books like this because they don't require as much attention as the full world-building of a "real" sci-fi novel but they still have that dystopian edge that I love. "What if society was hyper-computerized and all of our movements were tracked?" hahaha...

I am finding this sort of... false, I guess. The way it's structured, it cycles through their points of view, so I think I'll give everyone two "chances" to actually capture my attention.

This has Slow Dance vibes. It's not as good as Slow Dance, but it's pretty cute so I'm enjoying being in that same sphere.

I will read/listen to a memoir about just about anything and witchy stuff gets bonus points. This book perfectly serviceable, but I am pretty exhausted by the author's specific neuroses. Wanting to get everything right, worrying about how what she's thinking about and how it's wrong or whatever -- I personally don't find that very relatable. I will probably read most of the books she references as resources, though.
