Why is she divorcing him again? 🙄 Oh, because you’re putting yourself first? At the expense of losing someone you’re deeply in love with? What am I missing? Did you seek therapy for yourself, or is this the only solution you came up with? Denying yourself love and happiness .. because?. GURL!

I’m a bit irritated with Brooks’ insensitive nature. Yes, you’re expressing your truth; however, it feels selfish! Is she the only person in this relationship? Why does it always have to be about her without considering her husband’s feelings and the hurtful things she says so nonchalantly? Ugh 😑

I love the chemistry between the two—lovers and friends. I’m already getting my hopes up based on the author’s comments before I started the book. Ugh! Please don’t let this divorce be finalized!
