Really enjoying the simple tips in changing one’s perspective in how to save money as well as how to invest it.

So far a lot of pretty interesting anecdotes about money habits and super easy to read

Honestly just a lot of reaffirming things in this book in terms of how I believed the us to be acting foreign policy wise.

Pretty insane dismantling of the American involvement in wars in South Asia and Southeast Asia. Honestly just shocking to read through but still not surprising.

Being someone that I look up to tremendously, it’s been extremely insightful getting a glimpse into her background and how she grew up. It’s encouraging and inspiring to see how far she’s come since being a child growing up in the Bronx.

Author is having his full circle moment and explaining what seems to be the apex in his military career. While I can definitely understand why the author has some of the feelings that he does. It’s still interesting for me to hear this perspective.

Have finally reached the point I’ve been waiting for in the book at around page 150 which is nice. The story itself is pretty interesting and it’s cool getting this dudes perspective especially from the time period in which he served. It’s definitely been more insightful and mad props to him for dealing with the racism that is in the military with such grace.

Has definitely started approaching the inspirational and cool part. I’m still kind of waiting to get to the part where he’s “fighting terrorists in americas most secretive unit”. Overall a very interesting book but like I said before, not what I was expecting when I picked it up.
