Okay, okay, okay, let me reiterate: This was not unanticipated and was hinted at in very good uses of foreshadowing. It's a great way to end the story, if this is how it's going to go from here. I just wonder how this story COULD possibly end, given the vast roots laid in the previous 1000 pages only complicating the question further. It's very hard to make a satisfying ending for a story made up of 1000 stories.
