I‘m not used to romance progressing this quickly.

This book makes me smile. The “romance“ is silly but like in a fun way.

This is the most normal book I’ve read this year when it comes to the writing style. That’s neither good nor bad, just a fact.
I think I wouldn’t usually gravitate towards this kind of plot/romance but I’ve heard many great things and to be honest, both the writing and the main character are winning me over already. Hayden isn’t really my cup of tea but that’s not what I’m interested in anyway atp.

Gonna start reading this from the beginning again because I abandoned it for so long again that I couldn’t properly get back into it.

I see what the reviews mean by absurd. 10/10, can’t wait to keep reading.

There is so much that happened over the last few chapters that would have been incredible as a gorey movie. I’m a big fan of horror movies so maybe that’s a biased take. But reading it feels like a feverdream.
Seeing it in a movie probably would too, though.

I‘m still really enjoying this book but oh my god I’m struggling to stick with it through the whole clergy and “We have to kill the Antichrist through you getting back together with him.“ thing. I’m glad the characters at least agree with me.
