I will finish this... but I'm not enjoying this.... the premise seemed very interesting, but why the hells are they all so immature... 🤦🏻‍♀️ I love drama, but this just feels like a high school romance or something, I really don't like the writing.... there's no chance I'm reading book 2 or 3...

I knew this was a retelling of beauty and the beast, but why are the first 20% pretty much the same as the actual story 🙈

Not sure if I'm as excited as I was with the previous books, but it's going ok so far, just feels like there's a lot if repetition going on, plus I'm not exactly sure how the shadowborn powers even work 🤷‍♀️ also these gods are a bunch of sick b*******, I'm just rooting for all of them to kick the bucket, especially Atroxus
