This book is so gd triggering but it’s so good. Encapsulates family issues **so well**

I’m not even too far in and DAMN this book is so good. Each page is incredibly poignant and self reflective. However because of that I know I’ll be working through this book a bit slower than usual. Excited to receive this book in doses and take in all the messaging :)
