I couldn’t finish this. An honest but sad story. I love memoirs… but can’t do it currently. Maybe one day I’ll pick it up again…

A very funny and enlightening take on life!

Only 1/3 in, but wow this book is a gem so far! A perfect audio book as it’s herself doing the audio and snippets of her songs - what a human (and life)!

Been on my to-read list for way too long… here we go

3.5 - A sweet Christmas read! I especially enjoyed the author’s note at the end on what gave her the inspiration for this story, as well as how she used to struggle with holiday happiness. She later took a class (at Yale, I believe?) about the core roots of happiness and how she compared it with biblical beliefs - so interesting!

Just a few pages in and this is good (and moving) already!
