Lysa quotes from the Bible, but then uses phrases like "s*it happens!" and "SNAFU!" ...... I don't mind if this is or isn't a Christian book, but .... is it? Or isn't it?

If it wasn't for Denver, I would have closed this book after the first few pages! Sorry Ron but it's the truth!

OK but slow-going which is making it difficult and less enjoyable than I anticipated. Will continue in the hope something turns out good soon!

Wow! What a story! Not wanting to put down, but realised there are parts that probably shouldn't have been read on my morning commute! Good job I didn't put make up on today!

I cannot continue with this e-book. I have read some reviews questioning who R.C. Sproul's intended audience was, and it seems to me like he is writing to/for theology students only, of which I am not one!

I will try to read another e-book in this series and see if I come to the same conclusion.

The story of Leah is fascinating, and definitely my favourite. I'm a little intrigued about Hannah, and Abby is a bit boring at the moment.

From the very start, I know this isn't a book I can read cover-to cover. More like a "question-a-day" in a prayerful context.

Today I discovered that, like Adam & Eve, I have been hiding from God, in shame. When for a long time, I believed He was hiding from me, in anger.

Already amusing and entertaining, but I am wondering if I should have read "The Theatrical Tapes of Leonard Thynn" and "The Horizontal Epistles of Andromeda Veal" before continuing with this Sacred Diary..... may have to pause this for a while.....

"Between the lines of every story there is another story, and that is one that is never heard and can only be guessed at by the people who are good at guessing." So wishing I had stumbled across this gem before!
