I am struggling to read this, I was told that if I wanted to read a book that was lovecraftian then this would be a good book. But so far there’s no tension there’s no suspense there’s nothing pulling me into the story. I’ve been so completely bored this entire time waiting for something eldritch to happen. Just keeps talking about stuff instead of showing it.
