the best part of my reading is when Andrew makes the football team. This is my favorite part because it makes you feel happy for him. This is because Andrew is not popular at school and this gives him an opportunity to have a fun highchool experience instead of just being known as the fat kid.

The author uses pathos to appeal to our emotions when he describes the main character getting beaten up because of his weight. suddenly a shadow passes by and I get body slammed from the back" (Zadoff 7) this appeal works because it makes you feel bad for Andrew for being bullied.

My book has made me ask questions about my own life like how I treat people and how people around me are treated. This is because the social issue in my book is very prevalent in the world we live in. These questions arise due to how similar my book's setting is to my life as a highschool student. I belive this could also relate to lots of other people because of how common this topic is in america.

the use of strong language in my book emphasizes the importance of the topics at hand and the struggles my character faces in his life.
