I had to start completely over after having it half-finished for like 10 months, but it's going smoother now. A great book, but my Spanish level was not at a good enough level when I first started reading. Much easier now

Not as funny as the first book, but still has enough moments to catch me by surprise with a laugh out loud. I'm enjoying the plot too honestly. Denning has made his Holmes and Watson distinct enough from the originals, but still manages to portray their friendship as nearly as endearing. Theyre fun!

Kind of pulpy, SH and JW a little out of character at times, but overall fun and enjoyable in a campy way. Some moments of intense gore really surprised me
