Great read with an awesome story. The author used historical truths about adoption and the Tennessee Children’s Home Society to give us a story of corruption and child abuse. I found it compelling and highly recommend it.

This is a must read for anyone who grew up in the sixties and/or loves history! It’s a fun and interesting read! I highly recommend it!

Awesome read. If you are a historical fiction fan, although this is based on a true story, this book is for you. I could not put it down when I started reading it. The story itself is so touching, the characters are believable and t face immense challenges. Some parts are difficult to read, but we have a duty to inform everyone about the Holocaust so it never happens again. I strongly recommend this book!

I am about half way through the book. It is written beautifully. Also very current with global situations going on in and with our country. It is difficult to pur down. I'm thinking I will finish it by the weekend?

Gets right into the story

This book is a must read for not only wrestling fans, but anyone looking for inspiration in the sports field. My son, who is an Assistant Wrestling Coach at a college, was given this book by a former wrestler and his parents. It was an awesome 'thank you' for what he did coaching. I promise, you cannot read this book without being inspired by Dan Gable and several of the athletes he has coached.

This is an excellent book to pick up anytime and read anywhere. I am totally enjoying the individual excerpts. I recommend it strongly to anyone wanting some quick reads and a few laughs!!

Excellent read! I enjoyed the storyline of a Native American girl and connecting with her culture and roots!

Inspirational, moving and very thought provoking! Highly recommend this nook!
