Beyond GOOD…beyond 5stars! I’m not even finished with the book and I’m completely consumed by this world and her powers. It’s long but in the best way. The romance is SLOWWW burn also in the best way!! I’ve still got over 300 pages to go and I don’t want it to end!

Why am I not running back to read this and consuming it every available second? It’s good!….its just hard to keep up with the multiple POV’s. I’ve had to refer back to previous books to remember who a few POV characters were and their role in the plot. It’s good!…

Whoa! Ok, so at 30% I was seriously considering not continuing the book. It was really hard to read at times. The characters start centuries old but the FMC acted just as young and impulsive as any 20something in other books. But she is so complex and different than any I’ve read about. I hated the MMC till about 50% but he’s also complex and growing on me. I can’t wait to see where this goes!

It was just “Eh” for me. I’d heard a lot of mixed reviews and wanted to give it a god shot but I struggled through the last 25%. There just wasn’t anything happening. Probably won’t give it he series any more of my time.
