I’m kind of annoyed at the moment with the FMC Elodie. Her actions, decisions and choices are very annoying. Things she’s trying to hide. I’m continuing on because I love this author but I am not liking any of the characters at the moment except for Jude!

My friend made me stop reading this so we can buddy read. It’s so hard not to keep going! I’m not that far in and already so invested and intrigued!!

Well it was scary but I was a bit disappointed at the last third-ish part of the book. It just didn’t go in the direction I expected and had a ‘trope’ that I personally just don’t enjoy. But the suspense was real in the first part of the book.
