'Reading Lolita in Tehran' in 2025 and it feels so strange how familiar the feelings are.

I'm over 2/3 of the book and Azar Nasifi's writing wakes up the lingering emotions of anticipation; I want to finish this book but I don't want the book to finish!

I got to know about it from Rory Gilmore's reading list and bought it back in 2018 when I started the reading challenge but only felt like it's time has come now.
