It is dumb and bad (in a Zodiac Academy way -- juvenile writing, plot holes, cringe dialogue. Kindle Unlimited quality writing) but I can't stop reading it lol. Also, full cast audio with excellent narrators definitely made the first one better but I'm not going to pay for these audiobooks so I'm stuck reading.

Annoyed because I meant to reread this series in order (I've read the second and third books but never read this, the first) and now I'm finding out there is a prequel I would have liked to read first XD oh well, can't be mad there are more good books to read I guess
