This is such a mix up from my usual I’m loving it

Men have a slight odd way about writing women. The girl is slightly more annoying than the boy, even tho she’s doing what the narrator says she should. There’s 1 woman in the new house surrounded by men (?!)who’s mean when another woman enters. The mum is stern and uncaring in any way with depth. I wonder if the author has a sister and that’s why she’s the only normal one. Mind you all of the men are lovely

Glad I didn’t take this on the plane jeez, first chapters an unexpected plane crash

I wish I hadn’t started this these characters are painfully boring. You don’t love eachother that much if you waited 20 years to tell eachother I can’t be the only one thinking this

Eat it up manon. It’s like she uses manors chapters as cliff hangers in every book because she know she’s the most interesting character

Josh being gay and liking the same guy as his twin is an amazing plot twist who saw that coming.

He’s been annoying me the whole book I’m thinking ‘do twins split the braincells in the womb or something’ but he’s doing the dumb flirt good for him

What a wee gossip she just loves to chat

Edward’s so sassy Calling her truck a geriatric sloth in a rage

Less than two hundred pages left and the action starts now……. His mind IS a prison

This is such a fun read until chaol comes on the page. I was buzzing to update that rowans back and I get why everyone loves him now.

But chaol is just such a bitch. He’d listen to podcasts and think Andrew Tate had a point. He loved Calaena when she was 17 and innocent and now she’s Aelin at 19 he blames every problem he has on her. A grown ass man. It’s not her fault you abandoned your best friend to die
