Natsumi’s part was by far the most emotional for me, and also my favourite so far :( her struggle between being a mother and a woman with an identity still is so heart wrenching, I love how she finds balance, but i would’ve liked to see her happy with her daughter at the end too to really hammer in that she was able to balance both parts of her life and find them both fulfilling

finished the second part — i hated ryo and then abruptly started to love him that was wild

first section done — i love the way that perspectives are influenced by mental states and how considering a new perspective can change your mental states in the smallest of ways that ends up snowballing
(psych and neuro majors vs over analyzing cognition 💀)

finished the second part — satsuki and akari going on that journey together was adorableee

finished mizuki’s chapter — i love how you can really feel the character’s current attitude in how they see the world, that’s a really smart way to show the change :) solid 3.5 ~ 4 here so far!

it’s such an interesting premise, but i don’t know if i’ll be able to stick with it, the structuring of the sentences just isn’t for me i think. it’s organized in a way that drags on too much, and i’m a girl who appreciates an abundance of commas, so it’s hard to sink into it since i keep getting distracted by sentence structure

Takako’s basically remembering how to be a person and coming out of a deep freeze and I’m not even gonna lie it’s hitting so hard 😭 Her and Satoru relationship has me in tears. I would lay down my life for Satoru without hesitation, and I’m dead serious
