loving the reread so far, esp since i’m reading it much, much slower than my first read. feels like i’m doing a leisurely exploration of the book instead of experiencing it like a rollercoaster

okay so far! just reached the part where him and Moon are admiring the painting as a masterpiece. rlly like that description, it’s so possessive(?) somehow. reminds me of how it felt to see those huge biblical paintings in real life. like your heart is caught in your throat

currently just reading for oedipus at colonus as i’ve read the other 2 plays from this series

oedipus’ whole family is TRAGIC
