This book is just adorable. Linus and Arthur are so sweet together, and the children are hilarious. Like cerulean sea, it is a heart-warming tale of found family. The book contains strong messaging about government attempting to poison the masses against minorities, fitting in the current climate though it would no doubt put some people off, but this is well balanced with plenty of sweet and funny moments

Less substance than the first book wrapped in more pages, and the main protagonist was being an idiot for the first few hundred. Part two is more interesting, but..

Bringing back one of the killed off characters from the first book makes no sense, in a setting where death is commonplace, and he was nothing special to anyone in command. Why??
