Finally forced myself to touch this book, and 🥲, the language is very classic. Speed reading incoming.

A very grounded and slow story about processing trauma and finding meaning in it. What’s interesting is how a bad experience doesn’t stay purely negative, but turns into something that brings awareness and even a sense of beauty.

First story - House of Ghost

I want to yap but the space to write is limited.

The first story is quiet and reflective, it leaves a soft sense of acceptance about life and relationships. Feels like a gentle form of absurdism, where meaning isn’t big or dramatic, but found in small, everyday moments.

Started reading this because I got interested from people’s reviews and the way the book was promoted. They said it's supposed to make me feel something, like about the simple things in life and stuff. I don't know, I just have a feeling this book is good, so I'm going to read it and find out.

I have a few assumptions about what actually happened, but I hope the truth is far more mindblowing than what I imagined.

Honestly the original text is a bit boring 🙂

I told a few friends I was going to read this and they either never heard of it or not interested at all. But it’s actually fun (for me), and I ended up reading it pretty fast without getting bored.

I like the writing style already. It feels sharp and easy to follow, and the flow is smooth. It pulls me in so far.

I have a feeling I’m going to enjoy this one.
