There has been a lot to happen and unfold within these few beginning chapters.

The way we are introduced to the characters I like. I think I’m already annoyed with Dante

Although it sucks that his idea didn’t go as planned thank goodness Gabe was not able to leave. Claire I’m still upset you agreed to those terms now look at you

ANNOYED! Why did Claire wait sooo long to tell Jonas!?!? Now Gabe is headed out the area.

So many updates and reminders of those from the other three books. Jonas and Kira relationship I love! But it’s been years since Claire made it and she still hasn’t spoken to Gabriel smh come on now

Okay now the tempo of the story is picking up. SMH damn Claire why!?!?

Okay it’s not as boring. Claire and Einar’s relationship is interesting to watch unfold. I also like the mother daughter relationship Claire and Alys have.

Part 2 is tough to get through. It’s a lot of time being spent on Claire losing her memory

Okay part two what do you got for me? Claire is going through it and Jonas finally took Gabe.

Jonas’ dad is the connection as of now between Claire and Jonas. Let’s see how this plays out.

Why the fish hatchery? What were the complications Claire had? I hope we learn the answers to these questions
