not surprised fern killed her husband with the help of rory. not too surprised that she met rory before. don’t like how the author didn’t really give us a scene on how she killed drew. the way she killed him and the process of how she framed alice is very mild and basic, not so seen as “smart”.

i’m irritated at how this author writes this book. with the snide bits of sarcastic sentence for both characters is like really throwing me off. and then how fern really is annoying, how drew is delusional over the fact alice wants him back like boi stfu u bitch ass. this book is not growing on me at all

got a snippet into amy’s trauma. her bestie jade was admitted into the ward that she will be covering for night shift. interesting to see that amy has been seeing the little girl with frilly pink skirt on 2 occasions (mall store and school grounds). i think there’s a potential that she might be the crazy one

the book is a lil kinky 😭 shocked to see that the soon to be mayor and state attorney is having an affair. i see how the surgeon also has a kink, needing her husband to whip her with a belt so that she can stop thinking about what has happened.surprised to see that caleb is the man that have done something to anne’s younger sister. i really felt heavy emotions for her at the way the author wrote it
