Really enjoying the book - nice discreet chapters that make an engaging read. Brings out new aspects of natural history, but also makes you think about our relations with nature in a way that resonates strongly.

Loving this book! Full of great natural history written by a great story teller. It will make you want to see these amazing animals and is a delight. Even if you never will, you will enjoy this book as a great introduction to some of the world’s most amazing creatures.

Enjoying learning about the bird artists and their lives. I spotted one of the prints in an antique shop in Brussels but couldn’t buy it because it was closed! Wouldn’t have recognised it without having read this book. The pictures are great!
