not only have i forgotten what was going on in this book; I've completely forgotten everything that went on in the previous books except for lighthouse slug. Think I'll have to reread them first

rereading bc I wanted to continue in the series but remember very little and realised it's been 8 years since I read number 1 and 6 or so since number 2

His writing is SO fun.

Not enjoying the book that much, but I DID find the perfect soundtrack to it (Albéniz's Suite Espanola Asturias)

It's okay, but not really sucking me in so far. Also, the writing is really mid.

It's one of those typical books where I love the backstory/mythology around the plot, but really don't care for the action scenes and the characters-just-interacting-scenes.

I'm enjoying this book so much!

This does not spark joy. I will only read a few sections that are absolutely necessary, but won't confront myself with Cantor and the Kant-Hegel chapter, lol.

I constantly get super confused by minor threads of his arguments, but I think i've figured out the issue. When he's talking about things like 'states' and 'change,' he's talking about them as absolute realities, something which I fundamentally disagree with as I see them as labels imposed by us, and if you see it like that, the arguments stop making sense to some extent.

I have regained The Analytical Philosophy Headache.

Starting this again! No idea if I have the skills to understand this lol but it was assigned to me (and I read the many parts I needed to) when I was 19, soooo let's see if I became smarter or dumber lol

I wish I loved this, but it's honestly a bit..... just okay.

I expected a horror story with a plot, and I have no idea what the hell I've ended up with. It's not bad, though!

First impressions:
- I'm enjoying the plot and the world
- Katniss is annoying as hell and reminds me of my other biggest unpopular opinion: I hate ATTL's Katara
- The writing makes no sense. It's written in first person but there's no framework to make the constant over-explaining of things basic in their world logical
