Coming from North America, and cattle country in particular I was keen to learn about the ecological side of the feral horse debate in Australia. Settlers on both continents have grossly changed the landscapes so it’s understandable some to want to reduce numbers to protect High Country.

Re-reading my way through Poe's best after watching the series on TV. Interesting how the producers wove his stories into a single narrative. The story is nothing like the originals which I get given that Poe excels at creating mood and setting and is short on story line.
