Just sampled myself on the first chapter and goddamn this is a pretty strong start. I will probably finish DCC and then go on to this book.

This is the first chapter (22) that I thought was somewhat of a slog to get through since the book picked up for me. I am pretty sure it will pick back up here in the next chapter (23) I am patient for the payoff of this.

“You will not break me” Finally got the hardcover context.

I just read chapter 15 and I absolutely loved it. I really like how we got to know more about the Goblins. Especially even with Donut giving them names and offering support to them. Granted the support was only shown to get them up and moving but still. It’s really interesting to find out that all the Goblins want is peace.

I am now at Chapter 15 and I have really turned around on this book. I am really enjoying the ride and especially just seeing Carl and Donut’s relationship grow and I FUCKING LOVE THAT LITTLE DIVA. She deserves the fucking world!

Okay this book infinitely got better now that Princess Donut is talking and I am starting to understand why this book is all that. I was beginning to worry that I wouldn’t like that’s why I wanted to get at least Chapter 9 to which I am in the middle off right now. I loved the moment that Princess Donut and Carl shared in chapter 8 just before the llama.

Had to take a shit so may not finish chapter at the moment.

Finally got back to it lol. Hope to finish the last chapter tonight!
