Haunting, but one of the best features of this book among other things, is seeing Walker’s confidence and prowess as a writer grow with each page. I was aware of her work after enjoying Borrasca, Deepwoods pt.1, and the Haunting of hill house show, so I had high hopes going into this book. So far, they have been exceeded.
