I stopped reading this 😔 the tone just wasn't keeping me interested and the plot was too character conflict based for me. If that changes later I unfortunately did not reach that point.

Pretty good! A bit slow at times but overall an interesting plot, I'd recommend it if you want a decent read for a while.

Forgot to update my progress for a bit there, things are heating up in the story and I'm excited!

Having a good time reading this, it's using tropes that are classical at this point (for the sci-fi genre) but were new at the time, so I get to keep predicting where the short stories will go. Makes me feel smart, which is nice! Additionally, it makes the stories with a twist/explanation that I can't predict feel much more rewarding, as it proves the author is decent at foreshadowing.
