So I stepped away from Goodreads accidentally for two months… but I’m back and about to rate all the things I’ve read for school because I’m an English major too busy for fun reading.

Ok I now recall why Xander was my actual favorite….

Anyone who loves YA romcom books, books about friendship, sunshiny vibes, Gary D. Schmidt, 100 Days of Sunlight, or the BSC books from childhood and happens to enjoy coming up with things like book titles, PLEASE. MESSAGE ME. MY BOOK BABY NEEDS A TITLE AND IM GOING CRAZY!!!

Imagine a 1920’s Snow White retelling where the anonymous “evil queen” is killing off the “dwarves” one by one to get to Snow White… and the prince has to figure out who it is (and how she’s doing it) before Snow White winds up dead. Set against the background of the Harlem Renaissance, it would be full of jazz, scandal, love… and cyanide. Agatha Christie meets fairytales.

Am I the only person who thinks this book is dry and somewhat poorly organized? Like why did the reviews all sound good?! I mean it’s an assignment so I gotta survive but 💀😭
