Huxley was so prescient and on-point, especially his critique of the dehumanizing effect of the modern wage slave “social ethic”, and that the continued consolidation of political and economic power would lead to Fascism. If only the “Social Engineers” (the powers that were) in the US had read this book and heeded his warning…

Protagonist is an idiot, and apparently it’s contagious!

Tries to pull a Red Wedding yet falls a full face-palm short. It’s a shame when an author betrays his characters for cheap thrills. Lost me, I’m afraid.
